Terms of Use
Last updated October 30, 2026
ToolKITZ is a Mac app that adds a drawer to the top of your screen with a file shelf, clipboard history, notes and other modules. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
Free and Pro
ToolKITZ is free to download. File Shelf, Clipboard (the last 25 clips), Notes, the Graphite style and the Floating layout are free with no time limit. Everything else needs Pro.
- Pro monthly: $4.99 a month, on up to 3 Macs. Renews until you cancel.
- Pro yearly: $29.99 a year, on up to 3 Macs. Renews until you cancel.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment for 1, 2, 3 or 5 Macs ($59, $89, $109 or $139; launch prices of $39, $59, $79 and $99 until December 1, 2026).
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and your bank may show the charge in your currency.
"Lifetime" means every update for as long as ToolKITZ is available and works on your version of macOS. Apple can change macOS at any time; we can't promise every future version will work.
Who sells it
Purchases are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the merchant of record. Link handles payment, receipts, sales tax and VAT, and payment disputes. We never see your full card number.
Your purchase is tied to the email you pay with. The Mac you buy on unlocks right away; on your other Macs, sign in with that email and the code we send you.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a subscription any time at app.link.com. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
All sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund (such as a cooling-off period) or Link approves one. If something isn't working, email hello@toolkitz.app and we'll help.
Use it fairly
Don't share a purchase beyond its Mac limit, resell it, or try to get around the Pro checks. You're responsible for what you put in ToolKITZ and for the accounts you connect to it.
Connected services
Modules that show data from other services (Stripe, GitHub, Shopify and others) use keys you add yourself. They talk to those services directly from your Mac under each service's own terms. ToolKITZ isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their names and logos belong to their owners.
Not notarized by Apple
ToolKITZ isn't notarized by Apple, so macOS asks you to approve it the first time you open it. Here's how. ToolKITZ isn't affiliated with Apple Inc. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
No warranty
ToolKITZ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the maker of ToolKITZ isn't liable for any loss or damage from using it, including lost files, clips or notes. Keep backups of anything important.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. Using ToolKITZ after a change means you accept it.
